In harmony with the season

Michelin's version of "cheap eats," the Auberge provençale received a bib gourmand award from the famous gastronomic guide for many years

La Carte

Our cuisine is composed with local products by the Chef, Gabriel Astouric. In the menu, you will find flavors of Provence and some of the Chef's specialties.

- Homemade duck foie gras and its olive version, onion jam and raisin bread. 17,50 €

- Zucchini blossoms from the Guiral's farm stuffed with salmon, sour cream. 17,50 €

- Tomato panna cotta with organic prawns and parmesan shavings. 17,50 €

- Provencal vegetarian starter, zuchini, basil mousse and thin goat cheese polenta. 17,50 €

- Soft steamed sea bass fillets with ratatouille, Provencal sauce. 24,50 €

- Whole lobster out of the shell (+ 8 € in our " A la carte " menus)
With tagliatelles and Armorican sauce or vegetables drizzled with virgin olive oil and basil. 32,50 €

- Guinea fowl supreme with vegetables… as the chef showed on TV ! 24,50 €

- Beef tenderloin, pepper sauce and olive oil mashed potatoes. 24,50 €

- Roast pigeon from Pornic with lentil stew and herb sauce.(+7 € in our "à la carte" menus) 31,50€
