La Carte

Our cuisine is composed with local products by the Chef, Gabriel Astouric. In the menu, you will find flavors of Provence and some of the Chef's specialties.

Starters

- Homemade duck foie gras and its olive version, onion jam and raisin bread. 17,50

- Sea-bass tartar with shrimps, green lemon and Guérande sea salt. 17,50

- Soft steamed sea bass fillets with leek confit and light white wine sauce. 24,50
