La Carte

Our cuisine is composed with local products by the Chef, Gabriel Astouric. In the menu, you will find flavors of Provence and some of the Chef's specialties.

Starters

- Homemade duck foie gras and its olive version, onion jam and raisin bread. 19,50

- Zucchini blossoms from the Guiral's farm stuffed with salmon, sour cream. 19,50

- Fresh and vegetarian starter, rosette of grilled vegetables and tomato mousse. 19,50

- Lobster panna cotta with diced tomatoes and parmesan shavings. 19,50  


  
 


Main course

- " Aïoloup " : Soft steamed sea bass fillets and vegetables, olive oil and garlic mayonnaise. 27,50

- Whole lobster out of the shell (+ 8 in our " A la carte " menu)
With tagliatelles and Armorican sauce Or Vegetables drizzled with virgin olive oil and basil. 35,50

- Supreme of guinea fowl, ratatouille, small cooking juice. 27,50

- Beef tenderloin with pepper sauce, mashed potatoes with olive oil. 27,50
